From the start of my search for a Toyota Dealership I was impressed! Victory Toyota answers my call with a person! A very refreshing personable connection from the young lady Cinnamon (sp), hearing my needs & directing my call to the service desk with correct information. CJ especially, at the service desk, setting up appointments & ordering parts for my (2) vehicles to be repaired in a very timely manner. Within couple days, Both my vehicles were repaired correctly and explained to me how the repairs were completed & tested to give me complete confidence in their highly skilled technician’s work. Also the service manager himself gave me confidence that what I expected- would happen on time & correctly done - every time. I found my new favorite Toyota dealership. The other Toyota dealership I had called about my vehicle repairs - still hasn’t call me back - almost 1 week later! I’ll be back to Victory Toyota for sure!

I have had nothing but good experiences at Victory Toyota (and Robinson before that). Vinny, Darnell, Evan and the whole team make the buying/maintenance experience easy and seamless. They’ll even remove a groundhog from your engine compartment on short notice, no questions asked. I’ll never buy a Toyota from anywhere else.

They made it quick and easy and was very respectful. They were also very patient.

The employees were very considerate and kind. Fast service. The only issue I have is that they didn't put the sticker on the windshield to remind me when I need service again. But maybe Victory doesn't do that like South Hills does. It might be a dealer thing. Thanks for the prompt service. I will be back if I remember when it is due. 😀

This was my first maintenance appointment. Short and sweet! The waiting area was nice but the coffee wasn't on yet! No big deal, I brought my own anyway.

Arrived early and they took me right away. Folks were friendly and professional. Waiting area comfortable.

Had oil change and tire rotation and they checked out a rattle in the rear end and found a shock issue Everyone was very friendly and helpful
