Chris even picked me up from pgh because I had no-one to drive me there. but it was awsome experience; they even take care of title and transfer and registeration for me as well and theymre located in wv. but it was big help for me other states require to pay double taxes. I would recommend them to everyone. the car is working great and even the rate they got me, it was way better then any other dealer as I was not getting approved in pgh dealers.

She then hooked us up with Chris Presutti who was by far the best salesman that I have ever worked with.Chris was very knowledgeable with the questions we had and extremely patient and helpful in the process,we can be difficult. Chris is very personable and an asset to your business. No matter who we talked to everyone was polite and professional. We met Kyle Wright the Financial Manager to finish the deal and Vinny Costain General Manager and the kindness, knowledge and professionalism didn’t skip a beat. I’ve experienced the shadiness of the Subaru dealership in Wheeling WV.! I’ve been to Honda dealerships & left feeling uncertain. That hasn’t happened @ the Toyota dealership in Wheeling WV or in Saint Augustine FL. I feel like Victory actually cares about me & my vehicle! Toyota = ✅ Yee‼️❕‼️

The service technician was very polite and knowledgeable, they had issues with some of there equipment and it took alot longer than it should have . However they did everything possible to make me happy.

They completed the 90,000-mile checkup/service, excluding the things that had already been completed. They tightened a loose exhaust part. They discovered a leaking front shock which they ordered per my request. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

I always take my car there. Always treat me respectfully. I trust them to take care of my car.
